[Merge request] artikulate changes to make it compatible with debian sid

Hi,

artikulate from kubuntu_vivid_archive failed to build on sid[udction] (partial
build log attached), to make it more compatible with debian sid I have bumped
the libqtgstreamer-dev build depend to be >= 1.2.0 (available in debian experimental).
