[14.04] SRU all KDE 4 components which are upstream frozen and receiving only long term support

Dear Kubuntu developers,

I want to switch to Kubuntu, but I only use the LTS release, which is 14.04.

I was wondering if all KDE 4, which are upstream frozen and receiving 
only long term support, are subject to be SRU'ed into Trusty.

And I mean versions above 4.11.11 and above 4.13.3, which have been 
receiving only bug fixes and have upgrades in the version number only 
for upstream packaging convenience.
