irc notification for repos hosted on git.kde

since we have (all?) our actual applications on git.kde for a while, I
have now enabled IRC commit notifications going to #kubuntu-devel for
all relevant repos. should it get too spammy, which I doubt as only
muon sees regular changes, please get in touch with me so we can
figure out a solution.
