Removing plasma-next and next-backports references from kubuntu.org's news articles.

I agree that the PPAs are unlikely to receive updates, so I could certainly
add that, but is there a definitive statement on that?

Something like, "Edit 2015-04-08: We now recommend against this because the
PPA will not receive updates and, once the PPA is applied, there is no
migration path to 15.04, which will be released the last week of April with
Plasma 5"
