Ok so I am reading through https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess so I 
can prep for someone to sign and perhaps learn the process.

And I need some help:
First.. I need to create one for each framework? ugh
Second.. It needs a changelog.diff with upstream changelogs, but I can't seem 
to find any sort of changelog or CHANGES in these tars...
