^ This has been implemented in a super sekrit PPA :P

On that note, any opinions on where to put the PPA? Last we discussed
it on IRC the opinions were very much to put things in a new group
kubuntu-cp or kubuntu-ci or something like that.

Further plan changed as follows

# stage 2

^ All of this was 2 and was moved back because it shouldn't block
complete CP coverage of kf5 based software.
