request for cmplayer 0.8.16 inclusion

Oh right, well thats just the name, i "recicled" it from another project.
The package is stable tough, i wouldnt bother to ask for a revision
otherwise.

I apologize if my "exuberance" made you uncomfortable, as penitence i will
sacrifice 2 kittens and a sheep to Cthulhu, god of netiquette :)

I still would love to be reviewed though :)
