[XDisplay]
DisplayCommand=/usr/share/sddm/scripts/Xsetup

By default this is blank.

We don't have a stopped one. It could be added, but what Rohan said about
upstart scripts kinda made sense.

Only possible difference is if we need to run it on each VT.
