I just pushed a supposed fix for this, meaning new symbols that
jenkins automatically integrates will be introduced with proper
architecture tag if needed. If someone manually breaks this in a
stable branch (which ought to be nigh impossible as one needs to
remove the entire symbol on the relevant arch ;)) it will not repair
it as we'd rather have a human review retractions of any sort.
