Commit message:
* WIP, release candidate build
  - Disable patches, most should be fine to remove too
* Build with GStreamer 1.0
* debian/patches/revert_upstream_bsymbolic_change.patch:
  - Revert upstream change since we have fixed binutils
* Move include files to multi-arch dir following Debian's lead
