KDE4.13 no SFTP support

Hello again,

upgrading to KDE 4.13 has another problem. KIO SFTP slave not
working. So it is not possible to connect to sftp:// servers via
dolphin (error invalid protocol).

I looked into build log [1] and it looks like kde-runtime was
compiled without sftp support, so there is no KIO SFTP slave. Can
you fix this problem too?
