Found the culprit for the mass unsubscription of kubuntu-ninjas PPA today.

subscription via the UI and request their audience to get new tokens
(also via the UI) :-(

I apologize for the inconvenience.

What happened was that neither cprov nor myself realized that when we
got a person's subscription that the subscription might be for a team.
So when we canceled the subscription for the person, it was actually the
team's subscription that was canceled. I'm updating the code now to
prevent this from happening in the future.
