User docs for 14.04

Sorry folks, I'm a bit shocked. I went to edit a page about the
default applications we offer, removed rekonq, the goofy note that FF
would be default in 14.04 (duh, these docs are for 14.04, right?) etc.

Then i scroll down and see LOADS of stuff we offer -- in the repos.
This page needs some serious work, friends. Most of it should be
copied to another page about the best of the software people can
install.

by default. Our manifest can be checked if necessary:

*Nothing* but what we are offering on the ISO should be on this page.
