- upgrading a fully up-to-date precise works flawlessly \o/

- upgrading a vanilla precise fails as expected (need to make sure the
release notes point out that this is neither supported nor working)

- upgrading without kubuntu-desktop install should work more reliabliy
now as we have modified the key dependencies to increase chances of
getting detected as kubuntu regardless
