Hello, this problem is in perl version. If you use dpkg-reconfigure
debconf and choose KDE backend, then all packages installed via
apt-get or aptitude will use this perl version.

I can forward my mail with patches to debian ML. But this problem is
there in stable LTS precise version and it should be fixed not only in
new but also in LTS versions.
