Hmmm, I guess we are top-posting on this thread, so I'll continue that.

IMO it is good to have a link at the top AND bottom of each page for <
back | home | next >

It's only logical that if you are reading all the docs, you get to the
bottom of the page, and want to continue or whatever; not scroll to
the top again.
