kdoctools package help please.

Just as I thought I made it through packaging this...

I am trying to generate symbols and I can't due to the only files in usr/lib 
are *.a files. Where did I go wrong? I did notice that they have a different 
name than the package.

libKF5XsltKde.a

and the package is
libkf5doctools5-dbg

Can anyone help me with this please? I have been fighting with this package a 
long time due to missing dtd file and binary arch issues. I want to finish this! 
Also completes tier 2.
