pbuilder dependency

I seem to be stuck in a loop here:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 libqt5core5a : Depends: libicu48 (>= 4.8-1) which is a virtual package.
Unable to resolve dependencies!  Giving up..


I have tried everything I can think of... libqt5core5a installs fine on my 
computer. Debuild build this one flawlessly. It is only pbuilder that does not 
want to build this... kcomponents.
Any thoughts?
