I have been following 
https://wiki.kubuntu.org/Kubuntu/Ninjas/BuildEnvironment with varying 
degrees of success. With some help here: 
http://packaging.ubuntu.com/html/getting-set-up.html
I *think* I have a working environment. But I cannot get the hooks to work. 
I think it is looking in root? Should my .pbuilderrc and .pbuilder-hooks be in 
my home directory or root? I read the README but as of now, it does not 
make alot of sense to me (complete newb at packaging).

This seems outdated though:

At the very top it states to go to:

which is a 404 dead link.
