The qttools should be anyway synced from Debian directly when the upload day arrives, so this is just to keep the PPA and our bazaar branch updated so that it's known what to expect. Since 5.2.1-5 and 5.2.1-6 only have symbols updates, I think it's not that important for PPA testing?

Pedantically, I also don't mind to have the PPA Qt version lower than Debian so that upgrades work, although I know that the rest of the PPA has epochs so the ppa-purge needs to be used anyhow.
