Of the three attached files calc seems to work correctly, the other two do
not.

Note on occasion whem I have a calc file open and I select Format Cells I
get the same problem where only the title and the window borders are shown
correctly. The inner parts of the window never paint so the original
content remains. This has been happening for quite some time.

I only ever use calc and writer and only very occasionally startcenter.
