trello boarding 14.10

14.10 is now the master board https://trello.com/b/fNxJO1Ac/14-10 (it
has a fancy green background weeeh). it already has some 50 cards to
do, oh my.

14.04 is now the primary SRU board https://trello.com/b/s8tG9Zlf/14-04
(it has much orange). 82 cards got done this cycle :O

13.10 is now closed. 42 cards got done during its life time, 8 of
those were major SRUs.

deadlines for 14.10 will be established once we have worked out a
roadmap, which we should look at in the next 2 to 3 weeks.

the documentation boards I'll leave for the documentation team to
close/open/move/populate.
