Kopete Latex plugin

Hello,

Kopete Latex plugin which is part of kopete DEB package depends 
on convert binary which is included in imagemagick package.

Without convert binary Latex plugin not working and showing error 
message. Can you add imagemagick dependency to kopete package, so 
Latex plugin will work?
