Kubuntu-debug-installer and libqapt not removing sources

Hey all, I updated the trello card a bit ago but haven't gotten any
response.

We have a problem where libqapt won't remove a source stored in a
sources.list.d file. I have a couple of paths here, both involve a
modification to libqapt.

1) We could just remove the ddebs.list file now being created to solve just
this problem with Kubuntu-debug-installer
2) We could address the problem with libqapt itself.

The fun part to this is that if you try to remove the sources from the
separate file, it trashes your sources.list file in the process.

I think that due to the polkit stuff required for pretty much all of the
operations here that this has to be a solution done in libqapt.

Thoughts? Questions? Abuse?
