Kubuntu 13.10 is released

Volkan, your slideshow links are off. They all lead to the same page, even though their title says otherwise.
 Also take a look at how I've changed the Homepage[1] and the tables[2] on the Romanian site.
I'm still working on how to customize the silde show. I've added functionality so that I can chage the images from the theme administration and chose the number of pictures. Just a little bit of PHP hacking ;)
