Could someone look at our daily PPA

I took over maintaining it because it got stuck behind, but it could
really do with having someone who actually knows what they're doing.

The libkpeople package is entirely screwed. I copied it from a
different repo, which worked but it doesn't update on git updates, it
seems to have the wrong name and it doesn't install several highly
critical files.

It needs putting into this repo properly, and I don't know how to do that.

Also can we make launchpad make some sort of warning when it doesn't
install everything? It's been the cause of several breakages. Very
confusing bugs to debug for upstream.

Will repay with hugs and possibly beer. Not at the same time, due to
risk of spillage.
