Backporting KDE releases to Precise

Hi
Just a note to everyone involved in the backporting process, Upstream
has advised us to use the latest mesa and X stack since KWin *might*
have a code path that might not work on older releases of mesa.

Since Ubuntu does backports of the X [1] and mesa [2] stack to LTS
releases, it is recommended to depend on those packages instead of the
standard packages that were released with Precise.
