Low fat settings and KWin

Hi Kubuntu devs,

just for your information: you combined the worst possible window decoration 
for non-composited usage with non-compositing in the low-fat settings [1]. 
>From a KWin perspective you turned it into a super-fat settings.

If you change the defaults of an application I would suggest you to ask the 
developers to verify that these settings are sane.
