There are tools like HootSuite that allow simultaneous postings to G+,
Facebook Pages, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Although proprietary, the service is
free for basic use. It even can auto-schedule posts for optimum visibility.
I use it for personal use and it really helps save your sanity.
