Reproducible problem in Kubuntu

Hi,
Many people who has upgraded to 13.04 has told me about this problem
(including myself). After upgrading their distribution, the system time was
broken. Running:
   # sudo dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
fixed the problem.

Maybe there's something you could do about this?
