Kubuntu is not for beginners?

Hello,

I have noticed that on DistroWatch, Kubuntu is not listed in Beginners
category (http://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=kubuntu).

Here (http://www.zegeniestudios.net/ldc/index.php), there is a very
nice Linux Recommender and this also does not recommend Kubuntu, but
LinuxMint because of "Beginner" category.

Do you know what the reason of not being in Beginner category for Kubuntu is?
