Thanks for doing this, looking in ~kubuntu-ppa/backports we also have
amarok
cmake
digikam
kdevelop

which might be useful

however it's worth remembering these exceptions are only for bugfix
releases and not major or minor releases which have new features.
e.g. kscreen I don't think does a bugfix only release typically so I'm
not sure if it would keep kscreen fans any happier than currently.
