Kubuntu BoF streaming/recording at Akademy

Hi,

Considering that we have a room for ourselves on Monday, does someone have an 
idea how we could have people listen to our sessions?
(As I remember Berlin there's nothing set up for that already)
We do have my mumble server that we could use for the streaming and recording, 
but does someone have a dedicated microphone that could be  used to record the 
room?
Or we could use the microphones in the notebooks and only one person would 
need a headset to leave the speakers on if someone wants to join a session 
over mumble.

Other ideas?
