where to put about-distro

IMHO, where ever else it goes, it needs to be put into KInfoCenter. As it
stands, without that information in there, KInfoCenter is incomplete. But
since all other relevant information is in there already (kernel version,
KDE SC version, and hostname, along with all other relevant system info) it
just makes sense to me.

Perhaps placement in KInfoCenter will be determined a secondary placement
if it is voted that it should by default go somewhere else, but cast my
vote (FWIW) for KInfoCenter.
