UDS changes

To help transparency (and Canonical's balance sheet?) UDS is moving to an online only event and the next one is rescheduled for..next week.

It's feature freeze next week so a good time to review where we are in
the cycle so maybe we can try this idea out a bit.  Anyone got
sessions we should have?
