perhaps just make it a cmake option that points to /usr/lib/python3/dist-
packages/DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeFetcherKDE.py by default? such that should
the time come and we forget about updating the path again a stable update
fix would be as simple as calling cmake with the appropriate new location.
