pages are a static list so if you add any then it needs updated

tohtml.py downloads them and uses python-creole to convert wiki to
html.  I couldn't work out how to get it to convert images and other
tags although it seems to have support for it so I think I'm missing
something obvious.  I hacked in images manually.

cron on the server runs every 10 minutes to update it.
