[kubuntu-devel] Kubuntu Developer Application -- Call for endorsements and comments

Hi Jonathan,

According to the official procedure in
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kubuntu/KubuntuDevelopers, it is that I better
find 3 endorsements from sponsors, then ask a Kubuntu Developer to
organize the meeting for me.
