Qt not patched for fixing KDE bug 275469 (ghost taskbar entries)

These panel bugs are still present in precise. Two months passed since
Fathi Boudra (fabo) assigned to bug report, but still there is no response
from him.

Also, with qt 4.8 from backports, I have panel bugs again in Oneiric too.
