KIO MTP packaged for raring and quantal

Finally got a chance to test this out and it works great.  Have kio-mtp
installed w/o any bugs and everything worked awesome.  Great job.

Connected my Nexus 7 to my Kubuntu 12.10 laptop and everything works great
