KIO MTP packaged for raring and quantal

Hello Android and other MTP device users
I packaged KIO MTP a couple of days ago and it's now in the kubuntu
experimental PPA for everyone to test.

We're considering the package to be included on the final ISO so it would
be awesome if you could test the package and report bugs upstream[1] so
that they get fixed before the final Raring release.
