Seeds branches transferred to kubuntu-dev

Hello fellow developers,

Colin Watson kindly changed the ownership of the Kubuntu
seeds branches from ubuntu-core-dev to kubuntu-dev.
So now all Kubuntu developers are able to directly change
the seeds.

This also means that the location of the branches changed.
The new ones are:
lp:~kubuntu-dev/ubuntu-seeds/kubuntu.oneiric
lp:~kubuntu-dev/ubuntu-seeds/kubuntu-mobile.oneiric

Make sure to update the pull and push branch if you have
cloned it locally.
