[Bug 651045] [NEW] Kubuntu Netbook ISO images are >800MB in size

Apologies for putting this under ubuntu-meta.  I wasn't sure exactly
what package to use to file against the ISO itself.

The Kubuntu netbook images as of this morning (29 Sept) are > 800MB in
size, far bigger than a CD, breaking convention for Ubuntu CD size.

The Ubuntu netbook images, by comparison, remain < 700MB in size.
