Kexi 2.2.2 K(ubuntu) 10.04 unusable with out patch

This is still the OLD Package: kexi (1:2.2.2-0ubuntu1~lucid1) [universe]

I even place repositories just to make sure in sources.list

Nothing is showing up. It is OLD kexi (1:2.2.2-0ubuntu1~lucid1)
[universe]. The built date should be after September 8, 2010 - after
the patch news.
