new kdm theme

Oh yes! At last a KDM theme with a validation button! /me dances in joy!

Two questions/suggestions:

1. The position of the button looks a bit odd to me. Have you tried
moving the button below the lineedits? Something like this:

U [________________]

P [________________]

  (>)

2. Is there a matching background for the splash screen?
