It could, but why push it, this way here when it gets uploaded to the
repos, in Main of course, the translation templates will go directly into
LP and start there. From the looks of it, there is only a few minutes worth
of work for each translator to do (give or take a few minutes of course).
Even if they start in bzr, as soon as gets uploaded to LP, your old
templates aren't going to matter much because someone else will pick it up
and start translating, possibly duplicating the work.

I would try to follow the string and UI freezes if possible, but then again
that is your decision. There is no need to rush it right :)
