Kubuntu development

Hi,

I wanted to start developing for/in Kubuntu.  I'm just wondering if there is
a page/wiki that will point out how to setup my environment, scripts if any
that would set it up/pull out the required tools, etc.  I'm interested in
c/c++, QT and python.
