Kubuntu Wiki Pages

OK, so it seems someone didn't like my old wiki pages I did, as they
criticized them in a mean way in a Gobby document from UDS. So because of
that, I have started a TODO item [1] and have already begun to play around
with some things.

I have added a new header setup instead of the bloated old style, and then
just created the Getting Involved [2] page of the wiki. There is more work
to be done on this page yet.

If you have any feedback or ideas, please do not hesitate to toss them my
way. If you would like to start contributing to the Knowledge Base page for
Kubuntu, go right ahead. I am going to clean up everything Kubuntu related
on the wiki. Don't worry, I will not delete, I will only move and then
redirect the old pages.

If possible, from now on, if you create a page pertaining to Kubuntu,
please place it as a child of the main Kubuntu [3] page. Thanks!
