Disabling Plasma progress notifications?

These plasma notifications, especially copy/paste ones should be
accessible using
keyboard. In old progress dialogs you could cancel/pause the operation using
keyboard. No mouse clicks needed there. However this is not possible with new
notifications or at least there is no simple and obvious way except using mouse.

Can any usability expert review this?
