please test userconfig

Hi all,

A KDE4 port of userconfig is available in the Kubuntu experimental PPA
for Karmic:
https://launchpad.net/~kubuntu-ppa/+archive/experimental

Please test it.

The package works for Jaunty as well.  The module appears under System
in the advanced tab of System Settings.  The program deals with system
files (specifically /etc/passwd, /etc/group, and /etc/shadow) so BE
CAREFUL! Backup and/or use a VM.
